Nick has served as a director of the Company and as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer since its formation. Over the past 19 years he has focused on commercial and residential real estate development, management, and construction. Nick relies on his formal training in industrial facilities management, and his experience managing multiple full-scope, multi-million dollar construction projects simultaneously.  Design-build projects, particularly in emerging tech space with the focus on large power contracts, are his passion. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Facilities Management, from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah.
